Moston Baby Basket provides essential baby items to families in need, giving babies the best possible start. It is run by a team of volunteers at Moston Methodist Church, supporting local families with love and care – helping local families, one baby at a time.
Referral only
Moston Baby Basket supports local families through referrals from midwives or health visitors. If you feel that you, or someone you know, may benefit from our support, please speak to your midwife or health visitor.
What we provide
- Moses baskets filled with baby essentials
- Baby clothes and bedding
- Bottles and feeding items
- Nappies and wipes
- Toiletries and care items
- Other baby items where available
All items are given free of charge, with dignity, kindness and without judgement.
Donations welcome
We gratefully accept donations of any baby items in good, clean condition.
Every Thursday, 10.00 am – 12.00 noon
Donations can be handed in to the Baby Basket team on a Thursday morning between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon. Please don’t leave donations outside church at other times. If you have donations but can’t visit on a Thursday morning please e-mail the Baby Basket team to see if alternative arrangements can be made.
